During my recent stay at Kasbah La Cigogne, I found myself thoroughly enjoying the culinary offerings of their restaurant. With a keen interest in local cuisine, I approached each meal with anticipation, particularly impressed by the delicious chicken tajine, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my culinary journey throughout Morocco. Breakfast was served promptly at 7 AM, featuring a quaint spread of eggs, Moroccan pancakes, fresh bread, and jam. It was a simple yet satisfying start to the day. Dinners, however, were where the experience truly shone. Each meal was prepared with care, aligning with the traditional flavors of the region while exhibiting a thoughtful innovation that one often craves in travel cuisine. The structure itself, nestled among the oasis gardens, offered a unique ambiance as night fell-a perfect backdrop for the exquisite meals. The welcoming staff, notably Mohamed, were attentive, helping to make my stay effortless, even going the extra mile when I misplaced my travel documents. The pool provided a refreshing respite in the heat, rounding off a delightful stay.
